Nice, auto carwash. It's easy to lineup the car and not as bumpy as some others. Less likely to knock your car out of alignment. The clean towels, and glass cleaner, along with the vacuum as part of the wash are great. I wish they had full service detailing at this location.

I paid for their $20 option only to have my car come out with the bottom half barely washed if at all. I asked the attendant for a refund who said he would send me through again which still left the baseboards covered in droppings from trees, and showing where the felt belts dragged along the back of my car but missed most of the dirt and there was a white goo on my passenger side rear wheel but none of my wheels were even clean! Then both dryers on my drivers side wouldn’t even vacuum anything. I insisted on a refund as this was truly the most mediocre experience when I could go to the self service wash if I’m already forced to wipe down my own car to clean it. all in all - have been waiting “in line” by phone to even speak to a representative and I had to hose off my vehicle anyway to clean the tires. Save yourself the cash grab and avoid this place. Edited after being called back by customer service number given by employees who told me to call for a refund- they claim there are no refunds for this location despite that not being told upon purchasing a package. Flagship Car Wash machine BROKE my rear wiper clean off. Reported it immediately to staff and filed a formal complaint with management. Zero response. No call back, no email, nothing. If they can't maintain their equipment and won't take responsibility when it damages your car, don't trust them with your vehicle. A business that ignores customers after causing damage doesn't deserve your money.

Kids running the car wash literally, On their phones and sitting down. Damage to paint due to frequent pausing of the machine in the middle of my wash. Zero towels available on numerous occasions. When they are they are greasy and filthy , causing damage and extra work. Tire shine machine will damage your expensive car. They will deny it was their fault or make you wait years to address the issue. My car has been damaged here numerous times. The regional director Ihab and the company told me that the reason for denial of my claim was "customer didn't do enough to avoid damage " by the way it took them 2 years to answer me and the damage claim the manager submitted. (5-18-2026 -UPDATE) After numerous times asking staff to not put tire dressing on my vehicle due to the damage the machine causes( broken factory lip spoiler) replaced out of my pocket 600$ they refuse to protect my vehicle from further incidental damage.

The female employees are very arrogant and think they're all that. The boys are friendlier than the girls. If things continue like this, the car park is going to go bankrupt because they're always on their phones while other cars wait. And if it's late, they arrive right after closing time and say it's already closed, and many cars have to leave or get in their car.
